Adobe Connect System Test

We use Adobe Connect to host our online training courses. To take part in the training, all you need is a reliable internet connection and headphones or speakers to listen to the presentation.

We have set up a test room, so you can check the login process and ensure that everything works with your computer - simply follow the login steps below.

Login to the test room...

If possible, we recommend downloading the Adobe Connect Application to take part in the training. If you are unable to download this, it's not a problem, you can still login via your web browser. Adobe Connect Application links: Windows | Mac.
Click here to enter the test room. Plug in your headphones or speakers before joining the room.
On the Adobe Connect page, simply type your name & click 'Continue'.
You should then enter the Adobe Connect test room. If you have any issues, you may need to contact your IT administrators for assistance. You can also get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.

Adobe Connect Tips

We do not recommend connecting to the room via a VPN or RDP (remote desktop) - this can cause the connection to be slower or unstable.
We strongly recommend you use the Adobe Connect Application or a modern web browser such as: Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Note: Internet Explorer is no longer supported.
Plug in your headset or speakers before entering the training room - if you plug headphones in after you have entered the room, it may not recognise them.
If you have any issues with the audio or visuals during the course, these can usually be resolved by leaving and rejoining the meeting.
If you still experience issues, it may be due to insufficient bandwidth or a poor internet connection. Try quitting other applications and ensure your connection is strong.
If you cannot hear, check the correct output is selected by clicking the down arrow next to the speaker arrow and selecting your headphones/speakers.
